Our Code of Ethics<\/h2><\/div>

The Code of Ethics of SA GA S.r.l.<\/b><\/span> represents the reference framework that guides all of our activities. It is the shared value-based commitment that unites the entire team, founded on principles of loyalty, integrity, transparency, and responsibility.
Every day, we strive to translate these values into concrete behaviors, fully aware of the role we play within the community and the market in which we operate.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Legislative Decree 231\/2001<\/strong>, SA GA S.r.l. has undertaken a structured process to update its organizational, management, and control model, reviewing internal processes starting from the most sensitive areas. In support of this commitment, a Supervisory Body<\/strong> has been established, tasked with monitoring the effective application of the rules, ensuring transparency, and promoting the adoption of ethically sound conduct.<\/p>\n

The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the responsibilities of all company representatives and anyone who collaborates with us, whether on a permanent or temporary basis. It represents not only a regulatory instrument, but a true shared commitment through which our organization promotes a culture based on compliance with the law, the protection of individuals, professional integrity, and social responsibility.<\/p>\n
